Custom & Made-to-Order Items
All Stuffy plushies are custom and made to order. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned for: change of mind, wrong photos uploaded, preference changes, or minor aesthetic differences.

If you need to cancel, contact us immediately after placing your order at stuffyshopy@outlook.com or Telegram @interestingperson2. We'll do our best to help if production hasn't started yet.

Ready-Made Products
If we carry any ready-made products, more flexible cancellation terms may apply — contact us to discuss.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you are always covered. Please contact us within the timeframe outlined in our Refund Policy with photos of the damage.

Order Confirmation
We may send a confirmation email to verify your order details before starting production. If we don't hear back, we'll proceed with the information provided.
