Refund Policy
We want you to love your Stuffy plushie. If something isn't right, here's how we'll make it right. Refunds If you're unhappy with your order for any reason, contact us within 14 days of receiving your item and we'll issue a full refund — no return required. Simply reach out to us at stuffyshopy@outlook.com or on Telegram @interestingperson2.

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
Eligibility
Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags attached and in their original packaging.
How to Start a Refund
Email us at stuffyshopy@outlook.com or reach us on Telegram @interestingperson2. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, we'll send you a return shipping label and full instructions.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. Simply return your item first, then place a new order separately.
Non-Returnable Items
Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
Refund Timeline
Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. If 15 or more business days have passed since approval and you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at stuffyshopy@outlook.com.
EU Customers
If you're based in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it for any reason, under the statutory cooling-off period. You can always contact us for any return question at stuffyshopy@outlook.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
