We want you to love your Stuffy plushie. If something isn't right, here's how we'll make it right.
Return Window
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags attached and in their original packaging.
How to Start a Return
Please contact us before sending anything back — email us at stuffyshopy@outlook.com or reach us on Telegram @interestingperson2. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, we'll send you a return shipping label and full instructions.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. Simply return your item first, then place a new order separately.
Non-Returnable Items
Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
Refund Timeline
Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. If 15 or more business days have passed since approval and you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at stuffyshopy@outlook.com.
EU Customers
If you're based in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it for any reason, under the statutory cooling-off period.
